On the ground floor of the exhibition space a video projection is showing a looped sequence from the W.C. Fields comedy “A Fatal Glass of Beer” from 1933. It is a black and white movie, famous for its bad weather snow, a film effect, which back then was created through the use of cornflakes.
On the upper floor a large and noisy mechanical installation is circulating cornflakes for the result of a tranquil snowfall - added to the downstairs video loop by a blue-screen transmission.
